HC seeks CBI stand on Sr Sephi's bail application
Kochi, Nov 25 (UNI) The Kerala High Court today directed the CBI to make its stand clear on the bail application of Sr Sephi, the third accused in the Sr Abhaya murder case.
Justice K Hema directed the central investigating agency to make its submission before December 4.
Sr Sephi had filed the bail application before the court yesterday.
Sr Sephi and two priests, Fr Thomas Kottur and Fr Jose Puthrukkayil, were arrested by the CBI on November 19, in connection with alleged murder of Sr Abhaya in 1992.
