Youth killed in road accident
Mumbai, Nov 24 (UNI) A 28-year-old man riding on a motorcycle was killed after a dumper belonging to Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) rammed his motorbike on J J Flyover in south Mumbai today.
Maqbool Ahmed Nisar Ahmed Farooki, a resident of suburban Govandi, was on his way to work at Flora Fountain in south Mumbai at around 0700 hrs when the accident happened. He died on the spot as he was not wearing helmet.
The J J Marg police station has registerd a case of rash and negligent driving against the dumper driver, Dashrath Awhat, who tried to flee after the incident.
