Mehbooba Mufti files nomination papers from J-K's Wachi constituency
Srinagar, Nov 24 : People's Democratic Party President Mehbooba Mufti on Monday filed her nomination papers from Wachi constituency of Jammu and Kashmir's Shopian District.
The election would be held here on December 17.
Senior party leaders and hundreds of party workers accompanied Mehooba today.
She is presently a Member of Parliament and had also won previous election in 2002 from Pahalgam constituency.
Mehbooba told reporters after filling the nomination paper that she is confident of winning.
