Cold conditions persist in Delhi
New Delhi, Nov 24 (UNI) The cold conditions in Delhi for the last few days persisted today even though the mercury rose slightly to 25.4 Degree Celsius.
The maximum temperature today rose, from 25.2 Degree Celsius yesterday, to 25.4 Degree Celsius. However, it still remained two degrees below normal.
The minimum temperature also increased, from 9.4 Degree Celsius yesterday, to 11.0 Degree Celsius.
Weathermen said the cold conditions, brought about by a strong thunderstorm on Thursday which brought a sharp drop in mercury, is likely to continue in the coming days.
The Met office has forecast a mainly clear sky in Delhi during the next 24 hours with likelihood of mist in the morning.
