Mah: Woman files complaint for dowry harassment
Mumbai, Nov 22: A 40-year-old housewife has registered complaint against her husband and in-laws for torturing her for dowry, at Malwani police station in western suburb.
According to the complaint lodged yesterday, Beena, who married Anil Jawa in 1993, was being regularly physically and mentally harassed by his family for getting money from her parents, police said on Saturday, Nov 22.
The investigations are in progress, police added.
