Thackeray flays ATS for MCOCA on Malegaon blast suspects
Mumbai, Nov 22 (UNI) Shiv Sena chief Bal Thackeray today accused the ATS of maligning the Hindus as terrorists by slapping MCOCA on the Malegaon blast suspects.
In an editorial, titled ''ATS che Abhinandan''(congratulations ATS) in the party mouthpiece Saamna, the senior Thackeray said the whole investigation was a game played to defame the Hindus, while mockingly congratulating the ATS for emerging ''successful''.
Regarding the ATS's claims of concrete evidence against the suspects, Mr Thackeray alleged the agency was quite capable of conjuring evidences. The party supremo said reports of ATS investigations revealing that the accused were also targeting some Hindu leaders for diluting the Hindutva agenda, was a move to divide the Hindu forces.
