Cong activist killed, three injured as car rolls into gorge

Shimla, Nov 22 (UNI) A Himachal State Youth Congress activist was killed and three others were seriosly injured when the car they were travelling in rolled down into deep gorge at Dhanoi bridge on Renku-Haripurdhar road, about 185 km from here, today.

The party workers were on the way to Sangrah to attend a programme when their car fell into a deep gorge killing Ashish Sharma (35) of Ponta sahib on the spot and injuring three others, including state Youth Congress vice president Hemant Sharma. The injured were admitted to PGI Chandigarh. The condition of Hemant was stated to be critical.
