Ahluwalia narco test case adjourned till Dec 20
Shimla, Nov 22 (UNI) Mr Subhash Ahluwalia, principal private secretary to former Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh, has been given time till December 20 for filing a reply to the application moved in a special court by the Vigilance Bureau (VB) seeking to conduct a narco test on him.
Special Judge SL Gupta adjourned the case as the defendent had sought more time to file the reply in the matter.
Mr Ahluwalia and his wife Meera Ahluwalia, have been booked in a disproportionate assets case and have been released on anticipatory bail by the Himachal Pradesh High Court.
