Wipro to allot 32,700 equity shares to employees

Bangalore, Nov 21 (UNI) IT major Wipro has decided to allot 32,700 shares at Rs two each to its employees under Wipro Restricted Stock Unit Plan, company sources said.

The company, which was established in 1946, is a leading provider of IT solutions for customers across USA, Europe, Asia, Australia and the Middle East.

Wipro provides comprehensive research and development services, IT solutions and services, including systems integration, information systems outsourcing, package implementation, software application development and maintenance services to corporations globally.
