Mercedes-Benz registers growth of 47 per cent
Vijayawada, Nov 21: Mercedes-Benz, a world class dealer having network across the country has achieved a growth of 47 per cent by the end of October last month, its Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Dr Wilfried Aulur said on Friday, Nov 21.
Speaking at a press conference after inaugutrating the show window and authorised service centre here, he said with a broad product range and strong traction with local markets, the company had sold 22,000 vehicles till date, thereby registering an impressive CAGR of over nine per cent since the start of operations in 1998. The company had its presence in 30 cities throughout the country, he said, adding the show window showroom in the city was the second after Hyderabad.
On the company's future plans he said the company would open a service centre and showroom in Visakhapatnam. Mr Aulbur said the Vijayawada showroom embodied all brand attributes of Mercedes-Benz so that the costomers would appreciate that they can get the latest and the best from its stable backed by the most extensive after sales-service network compared to any luxury player in India.
