Shramjivi Express blast case: bailable warrant against GRP sleuth
Jaunpur, Nov 18 (UNI) The Patna-New Delhi Shramjivi Express bomb blast case accused were today produced before a local court, which issued a bailable warrant against a GRP cop for his absence during the hearing.
All the three accused Obaid-ur-Rehman, Hilal-ud-din and Nafikul were produced before Additional District and Sessions Judge (III) Rajendra Chandra under tight security.
The court issued a bailable warrant of Rs 2,000 against Government Railway Police (GRP) sleuth Rajaram Shastri, besides serving him a notice for November 24 under section 350 of the CrPC.
The judicial custody of the accused have been extended till then.
The blast on July 28, 2005 near Singramau railway station here had killed 14 passengers and wounded 90 others.
