Parsvnath forms JV with Spanish company

{image-Parsvnath Developers_18112008.jpg news.oneindia.in}New Delhi, Nov 18: Real Estate major, Parsvnath Developers on Tuesday, Nov 18 said it has formed a joint venture (JV) consortium with the Spanish infrastructure company Constructora San Jose.

The joint venture company has also qualified to bid for an upcoming project worth Rs 1,220 crore, it said in a statement. The project involves construction, engineering, designing, financing, procurement and operation of a 19 km long four-lane elevated expressway on National Highway 4 between Chennai Port and Maduravoyal in Tamil Nadu. Constructura San Jose, a subsidiary of Grupo San Jose is a leading infrastructure development company of Spain.
