Nicco Corporation terminates division transfer plan

New Delhi, Nov 18 (UNI) Nicco Corporation, today said it has terminated the agreement with Nicco Cables and Netherlands based Prysmian (Dutch) Holdings BV for the transfer of its cables division.

The said agreement was signed on December 10, 2007 between the companies for the transfer of Nicco's cables division, it said in a statement.

Nicco Corporation, the flagship company of the Calcutta-based Nicco group, is engaged in manufacturing and marketing energy cables ; and is an engineering procurement and construction (EPC) contracting company.
