MP to conduct mock polls before actual poll

Bhopal, Nov 18: Mock Poll would take place one hour before actual polling for the Madhya Pradesh assembly elections on Nov 27.

Chief Electoral Officer J S Mathur informed this district eturning officers, superintendents of police and representatives of authorised political parties in two different meetings here on Nov 17.

Official sources said that Mr Mathur took stock of the electoral preparations through video conferencing and said the mock poll would be conducted at 0700 hrs.

He also directed officials to strictly follow the election commission's directives.
