Governor convenes fourth session of state assembly

Shimla, Nov 18 (UNI) Himachal Pradesh Governor Prabha Rao today convened the fourth session of 11th Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha from December 11.

Secretary HP Vidhan Sabha Goverdhan Singh said that state assmbley would be held from December 11 to 15 at newly constructed Vidhan Sabha Bhawan at Tapovan in Dharamshala of district Kangra.

Releasing the tentative calendar of the session, Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Speaker, Tulsi Ram said that the fourth session of the assembly would have five seatings.

He said that one day was earmarked for private members business.

The Speaker urged the members to utilise the valuable time of the session for fruitful discussion on various matters of urgent public importance.
