11 Terror-suspects produced before Sessions Judge
Hubli, Nov 18 (UNI) Police produced 11 suspected terrorists, out of the 16 arrested a year ago, before the District and Sessions Court, for hearing here today.
However, the District and Sessions Judge V G Bhopaiah before whom the suspected terrorists were produced posted the case to December 18.
The Judge, while adjourning the case also instructed the police to produce five other suspected terrorists.
The police told the court that the other five suspected terrorists were under the custody of Indore court.
The suspected terrorists who were produced befor the court were Dr Mirja Beig, Assadulla, Riyazuddin, Mohammad Asif, Yahya Khan, Shakil Mali, Allabhaksh Yadvad, Samir Siddaqui and three others.
All these accused were arrested a year ago for their suspected terrorist activities in Hubli, Honnali of Shimoga district and Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
