Xen, contractor nabbed red-handed while taking bribe

Chandigarh, Nov 17 (UNI) Haryana State Vigilance Bureau has caught an Executive Engineer of Irrigation Department, Hisar and Contractor red-handed while taking bribe.

While stating this here today, a spokesman of Bureau said that Executive Engineer Ajay Kumar and Contractor Natha Ram, were nabbed while accepting the tainted notes of Rs 15,000 from Satyawan of village Sindhar, Hisar.

A case has been registered against them under section 7/13 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 at Bureau's Police Station, Hisar.

Further investigations were on.
