Two arrested for smuggling diesel

Puducherry, Nov 17(UNI) Puducherry Food Cell Police today arrested two persons for smuggling diesel to Tamil Nadu from Puducherry.

Police said on a raid at Mettuppalayam Transport Nagar, they intercepted a mini-van, seized 400 liters of diesel and impounded the accompanying lorry.

The accused were identified as Guna and Gopi.
