Wockhardt launches Midazolam injection in US
New Delhi, Nov 14 (UNI) Pharma major Wockhardt today said it has launched in the United States the Midazolam injection used for treating acute insomnia and anxiety.
The company has received the US Food and Drug Administration(US FDA) approval for marketing this injection, it said in a statement.
The total market for Midazolam injections in the US is estimated at 56 million dollars. The injections are manufactured at the company's plant at Waluj in Maharashtra, it added.
