Spencer ties-up with Beverly Hills Polo Club

Mumbai, Nov 14 (UNI) Spencer's Retail outlet hyper markets, floated by RPG group, today signed an exclusive tie-up with US-based apparel brand Beverly Hills Polo Club (BHPC) International LLC.

RPG Enterprises vice chairman Sanjiv Goenka said, ''The apparel brand will be available in Spencer's hyper markets as well as standalone stores. Fashion currently contributes 10 per cent to the company's revenue, which is expected to increase 24-30 per cent in the years to follow.'' Over the next three months, Spencer's retail outlet, part of the Rs 13,500 crore RPG group will dedicate about 12,000 square ft space to the brand and target a turnover of Rs one crore a month. It also plans to set up three standalone stores of an average sq ft over the same period.

The first standalone store is likely to come up in New Delhi by early next year, the company's release said.
