Soren to make series of announcements on J'khand foundation day

Ranchi, Nov 14 (UNI) Jharkhand Chief Minister Shibu Soren is likely to make series of announcements and inaugurate various projects on the state's foundation day tomorrow.

Official sources here today said Mr Soren would inaugurate a forensic laboratory, hockey stadium, Tribal Research Institute and a local overbridge.

Mr Soren would also felicitate school teachers, para teachers, members of Gram Shiksha Samiti, besides police offcials on this occasion.

Mr Soren would also come out with recruitment plan for unemployed in various government departments, official sources said.

The main function would be organised at the Morhabadi ground here.

Besides, the Chief Minister would also inaugurate Udyog Mela, organised near Morhabadi ground.

More than two hundred stalls, including those of government departments and industrial houses, were being established in the mela.

The covered area of the fair with estimated cost of Rs 2.5 crore, including Rs 1.5 crore for pandal and infrastructure, is 1.56 lakh square feet.
