Madurai Law college students protest

Madurai, Nov 14: The violence in Chennai Law college rubeed off here too as students of Madurai Law collge staged demonstrations to condemn the incident.

Police personnel however denied permission to stage protests on the roads near the college. When the students insisted on blocking traffic, the police warned of arrest and persuaded them to disperse. The authorities announced closure of the college and directed all the inmates to vacate the hostel.
