Explosives, AK recovered in Jammu

Jammu, Nov 14 (UNI) Security forces recovered a cache of explosives and ammunition in different districts of Jammu and Kashmir, official sources here today said.

''The troops of Rashtriya Rifles, based on specific information, yesterday launched a search operation in Pajalgali area and recovered eight kilograms of explosives,'' sources said.

The troops however, also searched the Pathana Tir area in Mendhar of Poonch district last night and recovered one AK 47 Rifle and 20 rounds of AK ammunition from a hide-out, they said.
