2-day book exhibition begins in Salem

Salem, Nov 14: A two-day book exhibition was organised by the Tamil Nadu Science Forum and Gokulanatha Hindu Mahajana Higher Secondary School.

Over 1,000 books on various subjects including animals, science, environment, gender issues, general knowledge, politics, water, solar system and life sciences are on display. The objective of the exhibition, organised in connection to the Children"s Day celebrations, was to motivate students to develop the habit of reading, organisers said.
