Heroin worth Rs 6.6 cr seized in raid, one arrested
New Delhi, Nov 12 (UNI) The CBI has seized heroin worth Rs 6.6 crore in the international market from Bhajanpura area of North-East Delhi and arrested a person in this regard.
Rs 1.5 lakh cash was also recovered during yesterday's raid at accused Mohammad Wasim Raja's Subhash Mohalla residence, said the CBI.
A case under the NDPS Act has been registered against accused Raja (27) following the seizure of the high-grade drug, it added.
The swoop followed a tip-off.
