One killed, 25 injured in road mishap

Samastipur, Nov 11 (UNI) Altogether one person was killed and 25 injured, some of them seriously when a mini bus slipped into a road side ditch at Bharpura village under Bibhutipur police station area in the district today.

Police said the ill-fated bus was on the way to Samastipur from Narhan when its driver lost control over the vehicle leading to accident. One person died on the spot while 25 others sustained serious injuries.

'' All the injured have been admitted to various government and private hospitals in the area'', police said adding five of them were stated to be critical.
