IVF to organise Conference on November 13 in city

Hyderabad, Nov 11 (UNI) India Value Fund(IVF), a renowned business house would organise a conference titled ''Investing in a perfect storm''on November 13 at Taj Krishna Hotel in the city.

A company release said here today, delegates representing venture capital investors, PE professionals, growth capital and large companies, Investment bankers and advisers, Corporate professionals, policymakers and firms seeking capital would attend the conference.

IVF Partner George Thomas said there is a huge and untapped potential for private equity and venture capital outside the metros and in power houses like Hyderabad.

Mr Thomas said in the current market scenario, despite the dwindling stock market and turmoil in the US and European markets, fund raising was possible.

There are cash funds and the company was looking for deals in the market, the release added.
