Fire engulfs seven huts in Pimpalgaon

Nashik, Nov 11 (UNI) A fire engulfed at least seven huts at Pimpalgaon Baswant village in Niphad Taluka of the district late last night.

According to police sources, the fire broke out in a hut made up of tin sheets and wooden planks, when a kerosene lamp fell on the wooden planks.

The fire also caused an LPG cylinder to burst in a nearby hut.

Four fire tenders were pressed into service and the blaze was extingushed after an hour.

However, no one was injured, police added.
