Jabalpur, Nov 11 (UNI) The Madhya Pradesh High Court has issued directions for a CBI inquiry into the mysterious disapperance of one person from the house of one Rajendra Patel in Harda during a firing incident in which Revenue Minister Kamal Patel's son Sandeep was involved.

Hearing a habeas corpus petition filed by one Ramvilas Jat about mysterious disapperance of his son Durgesh, a division bench of Chief Justice A K Patnaik and Justice Ajit Singh issued directions to the CBI director for conducting CBI inquiry into the matter.

The High Court asked the government to cooperate in the matter.

Petitioner's counsel Manikant Sharma said Sandeep and his four-five friends attacked the house of Mr Rajendra Patel on March 5.

Later, shots were fired in which Durgesh was injured. He was taken by Sandeep to his house where police officials, including the Superintendent of Police, took Durgesh to some unknown place.

Durgesh has been missing since then.

The petitioner had submitted an application to senior police and administrative officials but only missing complaint was registered.
