MRCC, NCP demand railway exams in Marathi
Mumbai, Nov 8 (UNI) Mumbai Regional Congress Committee (MRCC) and NCP's Thane unit have demanded that the railway recruitment board examinations should be held in Marathi language along with Hindi and English, so that the people of Maharashtra would get the job opportunity.
In releases issued here today, MRCC president Kripashankar Singh and Thane NCP chief Jeetendra Avad demanded that the change of centre for the railway examination from Mumbai to Lucknow for security reasons should be cancelled. The exams should be held in Mumbai.
They stated that they had written letters to NCP supremo and Union Agriculture Minister Sharad Pawar and Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh urging them to convey the feelings to the Prime Minister.
