199 Haj prilgrims of J
Srinagar, Nov 8 (UNI) Another batch of 199 Haj pilgrims from Jammu and Kashmir today left for Jeddah by a special flight from Sheikh-ul-Alam International Airport here, official sources said.
With this, the total number of people leaving for the pilgrimage has risen to 1728 since October 30, when the pilgrims started departing for this year's Haj.
An estimated 8,000 pilgrims from the state would perform Haj in the holy cities of Mecca and Madina.
