Four boys loot man of Rs one lakh in moving Blueline bus
New Delhi, Nov 7 (UNI) In yet another daylight attempt, after yesterday's Rs 1.8 lakh robbery in Laxmi Nagar, four armed young men robbed a man of Rs one lakh in a moving Blueline bus in the Sarai Rohilla area of North Delhi this afternoon.
According to sources, the robbery was committed in the bus plying on route no 847 (Seemapuri to Uttam Nagar).
As the bus reached Anand Parbat flyover, flashing their knives and threatening to harm, the four boys took Rs one lakh from the victim, who had come from Phagwara and boarded the bus at the bus terminus.
They, later fled the scene on foot after asking the driver to slow down the bus.
Police said they were questioning the driver and conducter.
Yesterday an Afghan exporter was robbed of Rs 1.8 lakh from the Laxmi Nagar area of East Delhi.
No arrests have been made so far in both the cases.
