Stop hijacking muslims: Pejawar Swami

Madikeri, Nov 6: Swami Vishwesha Teertha of the Pejawar Mutt has called upon Hindus to stop attempts at 'hijacking Hinduism'. Addressing a gathering after performing 'Kalshotsav' to mark the inauguration of 'Kalsha' and renovation of the age-old Ganapathy temple at Kushalnagar on Wednesday, Nov 5, he called upon the community to strive for ensuring communal harmony and peace.

He was accorded a rousing reception with 'poornakumbha' and was taken to the temple in a procession.
