Murder case against town DSP Patna
Patna, Nov 6 (UNI) A murder case was filed against Town Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP)Patna Sanjay Singh before Chief Judicial Magistrate of Patna Raghvendra Kumar Singh here today.
The complaint case was filed by one Kapildeo Prasad Yadav, a resident of Sipara locality under Phulwari Sharif police station area of the state capital.
Police personnel of Jakkan police station and an unknown personnel of Special Task Force(STF) were made accused in the murder case.
The matter would be heard on November 7.
According to the complaint, Chandra Shekhar--the brother of the complainant-- was picked up by Mr Sanjay Singh and other police personnel and STF personnel from his residence at Sipara locality under Phulwari Sharif police station area of Patna.
Later on the youth was shot dead by them under a criminal conspiracy on October 13,2008.
The complainant, however, filed the case when they failed to trace out his brother.
