Fourth round of scientific test conducted at FSL
Mumbai, Nov 6 (UNI) Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur, suspected of planning and plotting the September 29 bomb blast at Malegaon in North Maharashtra, underwent a fourth round of scientific tests at the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL), Kalina University campus, today as the Anti Terrorism Squad (ATS) were unhappy with the earlier brain-mapping reports.
The FSL officials had submitted in their earlier test report that if another scientific test is conducted on the Sadhvi, then they may get some concrete clues pertaining to the blast.
On the basis of FSL report, ATS officials took Pragya to FSL this afternoon after taking permission from the Nashik district court.
The court also granted permission to conduct scientific tests on Colonel Prasad Srikant Purohit, who was arrested yesterday and remanded to police custody till November 15. The application seeking permission for conducting the test on the Sadhvi's associates Shamlal Sahu and Shivnarayan Singh is pending in the court.
