BJP ayes list of star campaigners in MP

Bhopal, Nov 6 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh (BJP) president Narendra Singh Tomar today said a list of party's star campaigners had been finalised for the state Assembly polls.

''Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha L K Advani, BJP President Rajnath Singh, senior leaders Murli Manohar Joshi, M Venkaiah Naidu, Ananth Kumar and Sushma Swaraj will be on the campaign trail,'' he said in a statement issued here.

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, his Gujarat counterpart Narendra Modi, Vasundhara Raje Scindia (Rajasthan), Raman Singh (Chhattisgarh), B S Yediyurappa (Karnataka), Prem Kumar Dhumal (Himachal Pradesh), Bhuvan Chandra Khanduri (Uttarakhand) and Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Modi were among the 40 names that included Thawarchand Gehlot, Kalyan Singh, Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi, Gopinath Munde, Kalraj Mishra, Shahnawaz Hussain, Hemamalini, Shatrughan Sinha, Vinod Khanna, Navjot Singh Sidhu, Smriti Irani, Kailash Joshi, Sunderlal Patwa, Vikram Verma, Prabhat Jha, Sumitra Mahajan, Anil Dave, Faggan Singh Kulaste, Dilip Singh Bhuria, Yashodhara Raje Scindia, Satyanarayan Jatia, Moti Kashyap, Narayan Singh Kushwaha, Rustam Singh and Tomar himself.
