Bharat Forge to form JV with Alstom Power Systems

New Delhi, Nov 6 (UNI) Auto components maker Bharat Forge Ltd today said it is proposing to enter into a joint venture agreement with Alstom Power Systems, a unit of French power and transport equipment maker Alstom.

The proposed joint venture project will be subject to receipt of applicable government and regulatory approvals.

The details of the agreement will be announced after the event, the Pune-based company said in a statement.
