Army recruitment rally in Madurai from Nov 11-17

Madurai, Nov 5: It is recruitment time in Army... whoever has that patriotic streak running high in their blood can apply. The rally will be held at Namakkal from Nov 11 to 17.

Army will be recriting in the categories of soldier – tradesman, general duty, nursing assistant, technical, and clerk/store keeper technical. Those born between November 18, 1985 and May 11, 1991 can attend the rally.

The selection procedure will involve physical fitness, medical fitness and a common entrance examination. Selection for each category will be done for two days. Candidates will have to carry with them relevant documents. Caste certificate, nativity certificate and certificates for educational qualification must be in English.
