Private sugar mills file writ against SAP

Allahabad, Nov 4 (UNI) The private sugar mills of Uttar Pradesh have filed a writ petition, challenging a government order issued by the state government on October 18, whereby State Advisory Price (SAP) for all variety of sugarcane produce was fixed.

The writ petition would be heared in the Allahabad High Court on November 6, 2008.

The west UP sugar mills association and others have filed the writ petition challenging the SAP.
