Parsvnath Hotel to devp 5 star hotel in Panaji

New Delhi, Nov 4: Parsvnath Hotels Ltd, an arm of Parsvnath Developers Ltd, on Tuesday, Nov 4 said it has received 5 star category approval from the Ministry of Tourism for hotel project at Patto Plaza in Panaji.

The project, to be developed on total land area of about 3,150.20 square feet, is expected to be operational by end of 2010. ''...situated in the heart of Panaji amid posh Commercial area, this project offers best business opportunity in the area,'' company Vice President Deepak Mowar said in a statement.

The hotel offering 125 rooms and suites is a judicial blend of hotel and commercial section offering coffee shop, multi cuisine and specialty restaurants, a bar and a few shops coupled with all amenities.
