Mega Lok Adalats in all districts of Haryana

Chandigarh, Nov 4 (UNI) The Haryana State Legal Services Authority will organise Mega Lok Adalats in all the District Court complexes amd Sub-Divisional Court complexes in the state from December 20 to 21, to expeditiously dispose of the cases.

Stating this here today, a HSLSA spokesman said in these mega lok adalats the cases especially pertaining to accident claims, bank suits, money suits, matrimonial cases, partition, succession, cheque dishonour cases, traffic challans and petty criminal matters would be settled.

He said that any person interested to get his or her case settled in these adalats might move an application for taking his or her case to concerned District and Session Judge-cum-Chairman or Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Secretary, District Legal Services Authority or Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division) or Senior Most Civil Judge (Junior Division)-cum-Chairman of Sub-Divisional Legal Services Committee or District Attorney under whose jurisdiction the case fell.
