Goa Festival at Goa Sadan in Delhi

Panaji, Nov 4 (UNI) The Department of Tourism, Government of Goa, in association with Goenkaracho Ekvott, New Delhi, will organise the four-day annual Goa festival at Goa Sadan, New Delhi, from November six to nine.

The festival is designed to promote Goan ambience with authentic goan cuisine, music, handicrafts and processed foods, and cultural programme with songs and folk dances.

The lucky draws held during the four day celebrations will offer holiday packages at 5 star hotels in Goa with boat rides. Goan artists will also have their paintings exhibited at an exhibition to be organized at the venue of the Festival, a release said.

Union Minister for Power Sushil Kumar Shinde will inaugurate the festival on November six, while Goa Chief Minister Digamber Kamat will be the chief guest at the valedictory function on November nine.
