NO irregularity in land purchase,ready to face any action:Naidu

Hyderabad, Nov 3 (UNI) Contending that there was no irregularity in purchase of land by his family members, Telugu Desam Party President N Chandrababu Naidu today challenged the ruling Congress in the state to take action against him.

''They (Congress leaders) are in power. Are they sleeping? Let them take action if anything is wrong'', he told reporters here.

Questioning the timing of the Congress raising the issue at a juncture when the TDP was on a two-month stir against the ''corrupt'' Congress Government, he said the Congress Government had constituted as many as 22 probes into the actions of the previous TDP Government and nothing irregularities could be proved so far.

''We (the TDP) will continue our relentless fight against rampant corruption during the Congress regime,'' he asserted.
