Quake measuring 2.7 shakes Haryana

New Delhi, Nov 2: An earthquake of slight intensity shook Rohtak district of Haryana early on Sunday, Nov 2.

According to the Meteorological Department, the magnitude of the quake on the Richter scale, which occurred at about 0405 hrs, was 2.7. The tremor was epicentred at 28.9 degree north latitude and 76.8 degree east longitude, the department said. There were no reports of any damage or casualty, it added.
