Youth remanded to judicial custody
Kochi, Nov 1 (UNI) A youth named Arun Surya, who was arrested yesterday for sending a threat e-mail to the 'Rashtrapati Bhavan', was remanded to two-weeks judicial custody, police said today.
The 23-year-old youth was produced at Ernakulam Judicial First Class Magistrate's Home yesterday and remanded to judicial custody.
It may be recalled that Arun had sent a e-mail to the President's office, threatening to eliminate the Congress President and United Progressive Alliance(UPA) Chairperson Sonia Gandhi, apart from cautioning bomb threats to New Delhi and Kochi.
