Lanco Infratech's gross revenues up in Q2
Hyderabad, Nov 1 (UNI) Lanco Infratech Limited, engaged in the business of construction and infrastructure development, announced its gross revenue grew by 107 per cent to Rs 12,906 million in the quarter ended September 30, 2008 from Rs 6,225 million during the corresponding period last year.
According to a press release here today, EBITDA was up 70 per cent from Rs 1,163 million during the same period last year to Rs 1,979 million during this quarter while Profit After Tax registered a decline (eight per cent) from Rs 563 million during the corresponding period last year to Rs 516 million during the quarter.
Gross revenues for the half year stood at Rs 22,174 million, registering growth of 83 per cent when compared to Rs 12,085 million during the same period last year.
EBITDA grew up 62 per cent from Rs 2,292 million during first half of 2007-08 to Rs 3,718 million during first half of 2008-09 while Profit After Tax was reported at Rs 1,106 million during the half year in 2008-09, an increase of five per cent from Rs 1,058 million during the same period last year.
