Agumbe records lowest temperature 11.7 degree celsius

Bangalore, Oct 31(UNI) Following is a summary of observations recorded by the weather offcie here at 0830 hrs today.

Dry weather prevailed over the State.

Temperatures: Maximum temperatures changed little over the state. They were above normal at most places being appreciably so at many places over Coastal Karnataka; above normal at few places over South Interior Karnataka and were normal over North Interior Karnataka. Honnavar recorded highest maximum temperature of 34.5 degree celsius over the State.

Minimum temperatures changed little over the state. They were appreciably below normal at most places being markedly so at few places over South Interior Karnataka, appreciably below normal at most places over North Interior Karnataka and were below normal at few places over Coastal Karnataka. Agumbe recorded Lowest minimum temperature of 11.7 degree celsius over the State.

Forecast valid until Sunday morning: Mainly dry weather will prevail over the State.

Farmers Weather Bulletin: Mainly dry weather likely to prevail over all the districts of Coastal Karnataka, North Interior Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka.

Local forecast: Mainly clear sky. Fog or Mist likely during early morning hours in some areas. Maximum and minimum temperatures will be around 30 and 16 degree celsius respectively.
