Dismissed HP teachers threaten to block state secretariat
Shimla, Oct 30 (UNI) Agitating teachers of Parent Teacher Association (PTA) have threatened to block the gates leading to the State Secretariat here to protest against the decision of the BJP government to discontinue with their services State General Secretary of PTA, Shishupal Gajta said in a press statement that their hunger strike had now entered the 23rd day but the state government was still insensitive to their demands. These teachers were recruited on contract bases during the previosu Congress regime but the present government after taking over put question marks on their mode of selection.
Mr Gajta said that their fight for justice and to secure back their services would continue.
