Sports persons protest killings of Lankan Tamils

Puducherry, Oct 28 (UNI) The Taekwando players in Puducherry took out a silent procession to condemn killings of Tamils in Sri Lanka.

They started the procession from the Indira Gandhi sports complex and culminated at the Gandhi statue on the beach road where they paid tributes to those who lost their lives in military exercise in the island nation by lighting candles.
