Court sends Delhi blasts accused to 3-day transit remand
New Delhi, Oct 27 (UNI) A local court today sent all the five accused of the Delhi serial blasts to three-day transit remand in the custody of Gujarat police.
Gujarat police had to produce these accused before a court in Gujarat within three days.
The accused were sent to judicial custody in connection with the Delhi serial blasts case.
Earlier, on October 16 they were remanded to 12-day police custody by the Court.
The accused are Mohammed Saif, Zeeshan Ahmad, Mohammed Shakeel, Zia-ur-Rehman and Saquib Nissar.
In the September 13 serial blasts, which rocked Connaught Place, Gaffar Market in Karol Bagh and N block market in Greater Kailash, at least 25 people lost their lives and several others were injured.
